Historic Fresno! This home is a genuine part of Fresno's history, a stately Prairie style home with Italian Renaissance influence. It was designed & constructed by architects & builders, Bowen & Davis, and occupied by the family of Ingvart Teilman in 1915. Mr. Teilman was one of the original founders of Fresno and Teilman Ave is named after him. The 2-Story home which occupies the back corner of approx 4.54 Acres has an exterior is simple in design yet majestic in appearance. There is a possibility according to the seller that the parcel could be split into three separate lots, allowing for two more home sites.Inside, the wood accents, beveled glass & original light fixtures typify an era long gone. The kitchen & bathrooms have all been re-done in recent years. Kitchen has granite counter tops, updated appliances and a center island. Bathrooms have recently re-tiled showers, newer sinks & toilets & master bath has a luxurious spa tub. A nice blend of the historic and contemporary.
